Schedule a meeting with one of our professionals to explain the improvement intended. We take it from here and find 3 quotes from competent, local contractors. We then present them to you and answer any questions that you may have. You are then free to select a contractor.

We do charge a fee for our service to cover our time and to ensure the seriousness of the homeowner. The fee varies with the size and scope of the project and most if not all of this fee will be credited towards your final bill by the contractor upon completion of the project.
